Hi I’m Peri, a Seattle resident for over 40 years, educated at the University of Washington, living in Ballard with my husband and two kids.

As a residential Real Estate broker, I bring over 20 years of professional experience spanning marketing, sales, customer service, and project management.  My approach focuses on building long term relationships with clients, and my goals are to create a great buying or selling experience for you as a hard-working and friendly agent, and to become a trusted advisor to you before, and long after, you buy a home.

Throughout the home buying or selling process, I provide education and support to help you understand each step of the way so you can feel comfortable making decisions. I’ve been a renter, homeowner, and landlord in Seattle and pass along my expertise to you.

An aspiring community leader, I regularly volunteer and serve as a board member for several local non-profits and am committed to giving back to the community.
