About Me

Real estate is complicated. I make it simple.

I'm a residential broker with Windermere Real Estate Northwest, working with buyers and sellers throughout the Puget Sound region and Snoqualmie Pass. I'm also a 5th generation Pacific Northwest resident, and growing up here shaped how I think about community, belonging, and place. I hold my history with gratitude, and with recognition that this land is the ancestral home of the Coast Salish peoples, whose connection to this region runs far deeper than my own.

I started in real estate in 2022 after 20 years working in business across the tech and nonprofit sectors. Throughout my first career I honed my strengths in strategy, communication, and creative problem solving. I made the move to real estate because I saw that the industry wasn't doing enough to create clarity or empower clients through the buying and selling process. I believe people deserve better guidance on one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and I knew I could make a difference.

My approach is built around education, empowerment, and earning your trust. I don't make assumptions, and you won't feel pushed or pressured. I meet you where you are, whether that's ready to move, just starting to wonder if you should, or somewhere in between, and I give you my real, honest read on your situation, informed by data, day-to-day experience, and practical insight. Before real estate I had been a renter, a homeowner, a landlord, a first time home buyer, a first time home seller, a move-up seller, and an investment buyer, so I know each of these experiences firsthand. These lived perspectives shape how I work with clients. My goal is to help you move through the uncertainty of real estate decisions with clarity and confidence, and to earn the role of trusted advisor not just for this transaction, but long after.

I work primarily in North Seattle, where Ballard, Greenlake, and Phinney Ridge are my home turf, and Snoqualmie Pass, where my family owns a mountain condo. For clients headed elsewhere in the Puget Sound, I have a trusted network of local specialists I can partner with, and I stay involved throughout, to ensure you receive local expertise and my full level of support before, during and after a transaction.

I'm committed to providing inclusive, welcoming service to clients of all identities and backgrounds, and I am a proud ally to LGBTQ, BIPOC and immigrant communities. My mission is to make homeownership more accessible to everyone, and to build a community of thoughtful, informed homeowners across the Puget Sound who feel connected to where they live and confident in the decisions that got them there.

I came to this work intentionally, and my clients feel that difference
